Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Our guarantee
Every item is quality-checked before it leaves our studio. If embroidery does not match the approved sample or proof, we will re-do the work at no cost or refund the embroidery charge for the affected items.
2. What is not covered
Because embroidered goods are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizes selected by the customer, or artwork errors present in customer-approved proofs. Garment manufacturing defects on goods supplied by us are handled under the garment supplier's warranty.
3. How to lodge a claim
Notify us within 7 days of collection/delivery at info@stefsembroideries.co.za or +27 82 375 8076, including your invoice number and photos of the issue. Approved refunds are processed by EFT within 10 business days, or by credit note at your election.
4. Consumer Protection Act
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008.
